Omar Johnson can hardly wait for Saturday night to roll around.
But it’s not for the reasons one typically anticipates a weekend night. The undefeated Team Guardian stud is set to put his perfect record on the line once again, this time in Montgomery, Ala.
“I’m feeling really good, I’ve never been more comfortable going into a fight, and I’m just excited to get back in there,” Johnson says.
Johnson expects a finish on Fight Night, which he hopes leads into an even brighter 2016 campaign.
“Ideally, I just want to be fighting against better and better competition,” Johnson says. “My goal is to become the champion of whatever organization I’m fighting for, and I’m more than confident that I’m capable of doing that.
“Whatever organization I’m fighting for, I’m looking for that No. 1 spot.”
