Now that Eryk Anders’ pro career is off and running, the undefeated fighter wants to move up that ladder as soon as possible.
His next opportunity to progress through the rankings comes Saturday, when he’s slated to return to action in Montgomery, Ala.
“Everything feels really good. My record is good and I expect it to be even better after this weekend,” Anders says. “I take fights as they come. I’m feeling really healthy. I’m not injured, so there’s no reason not to fight.”
Anders expects a big win Saturday and an even more fruitful 2016 campaign.
“The goal is always to finish. My hand will be raised, regardless of if it’s a KO, submission or decision. The goal is always to finish,” Anders says.
“It’s going to feel great, but this is just the start of a long pro career,” he adds. “I’m glad these wheels are finally starting to turn and I don’t have to be on the sidelines.”
